Editorial Policy

Editorial Policy.
Accuracy before attention.

Financial information can influence important decisions. Nivata’s editorial standards are therefore built around clarity, traceability, correction and restraint.

Educational content

Definitions and guides are written to explain financial concepts in plain language. We separate what a metric measures from what it does not measure and avoid treating a ratio or formula as a buy, sell or suitability conclusion.

Data and verification

Where material financial or issue information is discussed, we use documented reported information, consistency checks and clearly defined methodologies. Time-sensitive data can be delayed or incomplete, so important information should be independently verified.

Automation and accountability

Some company-results coverage is assembled with software-assisted extraction and drafting. Automation can misread a note, classification or reporting period. Published summaries should be treated as guides to further research, not as a claim that every paragraph has been individually audited. If you notice a specific error, send the page URL and the disputed statement to info@nivatawealth.in so it can be investigated and corrected.

Changes and freshness

Time-sensitive market pages are designed to show update context where available. Educational pages are revised when definitions, methodology or material context changes rather than merely changing a date to appear fresh.

Corrections

If a material factual or calculation error is identified, we aim to correct the underlying page promptly and update the relevant explanation or methodology when needed. Correction requests can be sent to info@nivatawealth.in with the page URL and the issue identified.

Conflicts and recommendations

The current public utilities do not provide personalised investment advice, security-specific buy/sell/hold recommendations, price targets, stop-loss targets, opinions on whether to subscribe to a public offer, ratings, assurances of return or paid placement within ranking logic. Any future regulated service will be separated from general educational content in accordance with the applicable requirements at that time.
