Subscription: Nivata displays the overall reported subscription multiple. It does not convert subscription into an allotment probability, ranking or recommendation.
Grey market premium is an unofficial, unregulated indication outside the recognised stock exchanges. The GMP reference price shown here is simply the upper issue price plus GMP. Nivata does not estimate listing performance, allotment probability or whether an investor should subscribe to, avoid or sell an IPO. Review issue details, risks and terms independently.

NSE & BSE IPO details
Nivata brings the live issue calendar and detailed company information together. The table helps you find an IPO; the company page helps you review factual issue details without turning them into a rating or investment call.
Open issues show the available opening and closing dates, price band, Mainboard or SME classification, available issue details and the reported overall subscription multiple. Company names link to dedicated IPO detail pages.
Upcoming issues remain visible before opening when their calendar details are available, including the scheduled listing date when disclosed. Open a company page to review the latest issue details in one place.
Company pages bring available GMP observations, price band, issue dates, subscription, lot size and scheduled listing date together without an investment recommendation.
Where available, each individual IPO page shows its opening, closing and listing dates, price band, lot size, reported overall subscription and GMP history. Missing fields are not estimated.
The Open / close / listing column above shows the scheduled listing date for each current or upcoming IPO when that date is available. Open the company name for its dedicated IPO page, where the listing date is also shown with the other issue details.
No. IPO detail pages are factual market-data pages. They do not provide a rating, target price, expected return, listing forecast, allotment probability or a subscribe/avoid view.
IPO listing calendar
The IPO listing date is the scheduled day on which an IPO's shares are expected to begin trading on the relevant stock exchange. Nivata shows the listing date beside the opening and closing dates so you can follow the full IPO calendar in one place.
An IPO listing date is the scheduled exchange debut after the public issue has closed and the allotment process has progressed. On that date, shares can begin trading on NSE, BSE or the relevant SME platform, subject to the exchange process being completed.
Use the IPO table above and look under Open / close / listing. Each row shows the scheduled listing date when available, together with the IPO open date, close date, price band, subscription and GMP context.
Yes. The displayed date is a scheduled calendar date and can be revised if the issuer or exchange timetable changes. Nivata updates the calendar when a revised date becomes available.
IPO GMP explained
IPO GMP is a commonly followed sentiment indicator before listing, but it is not an official market price. Use it as one piece of context alongside the prospectus, valuation, business quality, financials, issue structure and subscription data.
Grey Market Premium (GMP) is the unofficial premium or discount at which market participants indicate demand for an IPO before its shares list on a recognised exchange. Because the grey market is unregulated, quoted GMP can change quickly and may vary across the market.
Nivata shows a mechanical reference: upper issue price + current GMP. For example, an issue priced at ₹200 with a ₹40 GMP displays a GMP reference price of ₹240. This arithmetic is not a prediction of the listing price.
No. A positive GMP can coincide with a premium listing, but it can also be wrong or reverse before listing. Final listing performance depends on actual market demand, broader conditions, issue fundamentals and many other factors.
On Nivata, an IPO automatically changes to Closed after 5:00 PM IST on its closing date. It remains visible for the rest of that day and is removed from the current IPO list when the next day begins.
The same table covers available Mainboard and SME IPOs. SME IPOs can have different lot sizes, liquidity and risk characteristics, so GMP should not be compared without considering the structure of the issue.
GMP is refreshed throughout the day and can occasionally be delayed. Check the latest displayed value and treat it as unofficial market context.
